This 3rd quarter I got 5 A's and 1 B in my academic classes, but then I also got a C in Ceramics and a D+ in Gym. Do you think this is adequate to get my acceptance revoked from Cornell engineering if these grades continues next semester?

Also, I was waitlisted at Harvard, MIT, Columbia, and Penn. Do you think I should send my 3rd quarter grades with the D+ and the C? or would they hurt me instead of help me?

What is Ceramics? Sounds like an elective kind of class.

If it is, I wouldn’t worry too much. Cornell probably doesn’t really care too much about Gym and an elective if your main classes are still getting good grades.

And I doubt they’d just drop you, they’d be more likely to place you on some sort of probation first.

Don’t worry about it. I doubt you’ll be rescinded.

doesnt cornell only see final grades anyway?

i wouldn’t worry about it. i finished off my senior year with some nice A’s and 2 polished C’s in ■■■■■■■■ classes like health and–guess what!–ceramics.

omg, ceramics owned me too! I got a damn B- in that class and I worked my heart out to try to make those things :(
