Bad high school sophomore year- can I get into college?

I'm currently a junior in high school and I have taken 4 AP classes already (by the end of this year), and other than that all honors except for a lower level math because I am not very good at it. Right now I am making solid A's and B's, nothing below an 89.

I'm concerned because during my sophomore year of high school I had a "bad year" (I had just moved from one state to another and I didn't really have any friends, being a hormonal teenager I was slightly depressed and didn't do perform very well at school or even care about it) and I made all B's and a D in math! I am kicking myself for doing so poorly when I know I have potential.

My question is will a college look at my all A's freshman year and then see my Junior and Senior year with high class rigor and good grades, and kind of glance past my horrible sophomore year, or am I doomed to be put at the bottom of the acceptance stack? Thank you!

In most high school you can retake classes like I got a D in Psych. in my freshman year but I am going to retake it my senior year and calm down you will get thorugh this

your getting into college, the question is where. Ivies out of the picture as well as high privates. Higher end publics reach, probably mid tier schools like Penn State, Maryland, Ohio State, all these matches.

@collegeeager I’m thinking NYU, Georgetown, UVa, or somewhere similar to these. My major is very specific (Russian language) and I’ve taken 2 foreign languages up to 4 levels each, so would they consider that as well?
