bad high school work

Well here is my information, I would appreciate it if you told me whats the best university I can TRANSFER into, with good luck.

I did horrible in high school, so here it goes.
2.9 high school gpa,
1020 SAT

so far around 30 credits at 4-year university with 3.7 gpa
I am sure i can keep it at 3.7 or higher for another 30 credits till the transfer.

im not sure how the transfer app. works , if its the same as freshmen app i guess they will ask for what ECs i do, the only i am active in is the schools SAE competition (gokart-like vehicle building)
But i do work around 40 hours a week

planning for mathematics major, I am going to apply to as many schools as i can to plan to enter fall 2009 as a 60-credit transfer wherever I get accepted, I am not happy at my current university...the math program is really bad.

What is the best school i can POSSIBLY get into.

really, thanks for your help.

let me add a little bit more to my information,
from what i have read It is KEY to get amazing college grades if I have bad high school stats...first semester i messed up and got a c+ in precalculus ..sigh...i am paranoid about this because its the very first semester and its on the very first page of the transcript, lol
i followed with an A in calculus 1, b+ in physics 1 with calculus, and i am 100% percent sure i can get an A in calculus 2 this summer because i can sitting in another class now just so i can do well when its real.

does taking really difficult courses help me at all? or do they just look at the gpa and the grades...?
by the time i plan to be enrolled in another university i would have finished all the calculus, diff. eq., linear algebra, and a proof course.
anyway thanks
