<p>If you want to go to med school an Ivy may not be your best route. First, it’s much harder to be the top of your class. Second, a lot of Ivys have cracked down on grade inflation, when med school admissions want the best GPA and the best MCAT scores. Third, is extremely difficult for anyone to transfer in.</p>
