<p>no, I tried this… I actually had 29 credits already completed at the time of applying and I asked if they could make an exception for me because I am currently completing a semester of 16 credits so by the time I got into OSU I would have 45 semester credits. And they still said you can wait to apply until your semester grades are on your transcript or you can send in high school and your ACT (I didn’t take SAT). So you see they are pretty stringent on that stuff. I knew I would get in either way I just didn’t want to go through the hassle of going to counselor offices.</p>
