<p>Ohio state does admissions for transfers on a rolling basis… basically you would probably have less of a chance applying then then if you applied earlier, but if you are a very well qualified canidate then you should be fine. I applied there as my back up school in mid april and got accepted within a week of filling out the application.</p>
