Bad idea to transfer?

I'm currently a 3rd year in UCD for biochemistry.
I want to go to UCLA to be close to my family, and was wondering if it was a bad idea to transfer my senior year. I can't trasnfer, sooner can i?

you would have had to transfer sooner. I doubt you can transfer now unless you’ve taken very few units

Just finish at UCD. Why “start over” at a new school.

It’s not possible to transfer your senior year.

Yeah, it doesn’t even make much sense to transfer your senior year (and it is impossible). Just graduate and find a job in L.A. and you’ll be close to your family.

Are you pass the unit cap? I believe the unit cap for students from 4yr universities is 150 quarter units. After that, you are not eligible to transfer.

my bad it’s 129 quarter units.
