Bad lab grade

<p>I just found out my grades, and I am really worried since they are not good.</p>

<p>Calculus A
Spanish 101 A
Stars and Galaxies A-
General Chemistry B+
INTRO CHEMISTRY LAB C+ </p>

<p>I seriously thought I was getting a B in the lab, but the curve brought down the grades...alot!</p>

<p>The overall GPA is 3.57, and the science/math GPA is 3.3. If you are wondering, that was my first semester. Will a C+ affect my medical school admission? I wish I can retake it, but it's not my school's policy.</p>

<p>hmm, i dont think its as bad as your making it out to be. how many units was the lab worth? your other grades are really high, plus its your first semester in college. while getting at C+ is not a good thing, it is good if you do well in your future lab courses and show an upward trend in your gpa.</p>

<p>The lab is worth 2 credits while the lecture is worth 3 credits. Yes, I must do well in future lab courses and other courses as well.</p>
