Bad News For College Kids: Instant Noodles Might Be Bad For Your Heart

<p>Today I didn’t learn: crappy food is bad for you. </p>

<p>No surprise. Most instant food is SOOO high in sodium. Everything in moderation!</p>

<p>Come one, now. </p>

<p>It’s common knowledge. High sodium foods, like many of the instant foods, are bad for you. High cholesterol foods are bad for you. High sugar content foods are bad for you. </p>

<p>Bad food is bad for you!</p>

<p>I really don’t think this should come as a revelation. </p>

<p>I’m not surprised to hear that the instant noodles, of which you can get like 20 for about $2, aren’t that good for you. </p>

<p>Yeah, I don’t think anything with two days’ worth of sodium in one serving is ever good for you, lol. </p>

<p>They are also bad for your skin. The ones in the cup have a tendency to tip over and scald people. </p>
