Bad Professors... No money... What do I do?

This first part is a bit of a rant because one professor in particular still has me steamed from a year ago, plus my computer science professors generally seem to suck..

First of all, I'll admit that I have some bad study habits, however I can tell(I believe)when professors just aren't... good at teaching.

I'm a Computer Science major at a certain state university and it seems that most of the professors that teach within this major are just plain horrible...

One such professor that my Computer Science department hired for a sophomore course a year ago was incredibly horrible, no one knew what was going on except for maybe one or two people, everyone managed to fail the final and midterm, etc. On his tests he threatened to expel you if you complained about them to anyone, he also threatened to expel you if you asked for help in the class from anyone except him first. In class he taught like everyone had to have already known what he was teaching. Everyone failed his class except for two students, one being an incredibly bright person who had already majored in math(while a person who was the head of several computer science related teams in the college and went to nationals in competitions ended up failing). I had even heard that in the next semester that he taught he refused to let people fill out evaluation forms for his class, which are required by the university. This year thankfully he "left" (though I heard from a professor that he was more "let go") and I decided to look him up online and found out that he had done a free online class this year and his lectures were so horrible that they didn't meet their standards and they canceled the class! This man had harvard PhD with a straight A+ average(all of my professors have harvard PhDs).

I wish I could get my money back for this class, this year I'm taking it again and now the professor actually relates the computer science class to well... computer science! The class is almost completely different and I'm actually learning a bit.

Other professors in my major consist of people who think it's just the students fault when 25 out of 30 students get below a 40%/30% on tests, people who write questions in such a way that even if the question is simple it takes you an hour or so just to figure out what the question really is, people(most of the department actually) never giving back homework so you cannot study or know that you're doing wrong.

Many people within my computer science classes seem to feel the same way as I do about the professors. They may be nice, smart, etc, but they are really horrible at teaching. I've taken other classes outside my major in my university and the professors just all seem to be much better.... I've failed a math class before, but I know the guy was still a good teacher, etc.

Anyway, sorry for the long rant.

I am unable to get any more money for next semester, my parents have never helped with any college expenses, etc. I LOVE Computer Science (specifically cyber security type things, which I've even made money from helping Google, I've been doing computer science things since I was 11 years old), however by the looks of things I may not be able to continue college as a Computer Science major as Fasa doesn't give me enough money(my father makes $100k a year but doesnt help at all), my parents never cared about me going to college and just want me gone ASAP so as soon as they find out I don't have money for next semester I'll be forced to work full time and move out when I have enough money. Also most scholarships and such don't seem to be much of an option for me as I have a low GPA because of my computer science classes(I used to have a 3.5GPA in high school, I now have something like a 2.5GPA) and I'm a white dependent male that doesn't have parents that have money issues and I'm not very religious.

So as I see it my only options are:
1.Try harder to get a scholarship or grant for computer science and some how get the rest of the money through part time(or full time... I don't know if that's possible for me during college) jobs....
2.Cyber Security degree
3.No College

I found out that they actually have a cyber security scholarship where you need just a 2.5GPA and junior status, though you need to be in a school that has Cyber Security as a degree program and accepted into the scholarship after that. The scholarship pays for everything, you even get a government job.

Now my only problem with this last one is that I don't know the chances of getting into this scholarship program and from what I've heard cyber security degrees just aren't worth as much as Computer Science degrees, in fact cyber security kind of falls under computer science... Also most of the jobs I've found in the field of cyber security are things like virus protection and log monitoring 24/7.. which is not what I want, I love finding vulnerabilities and looking into and writing complex code, etc.

I just don't know what to do! Are there other options I'm just not seeing? It seems that I'd be unhappy with the last two options and the first one just doesn't seem very likely!

Sorry for the long post, I also apologize if my post is hard to read, I created this post in a bit of a hurry.

~Thanks

would the air force be an option? they have cyber sercurity officers.
