Bad SAT 2s, how does this impact when applying to schools that don't participate in score choice?

I’m referring to schools such as Georgetown in particular, the rest of my application can be found in a different thread but I’m just trying to gauge if it impacts me tremendously and if I would need to take an additional couple of SAT 2s. I’m a rising senior.

Sophomore year:
World 680 (just didn’t study, entirely my fault) AP Exam 5

Junior:
US History 660 (really surprised on this one, thought it was easy) AP Exam 5
Physics 670 (huge portion of electricity and magnetism that our course didn’t cover and didn’t have time to study fully for all the new material which constitutes more than a half year of physics) AP Exam 4
Math 2: 780 (this is fine)

Few questions:

  1. Is it worth retaking any? I’m planning to retake physics because I will be taking Physics C senior year so that’d be worth it to retake, but something like US History is annoying because I really thought I did well but I guess not, but it’s much more difficult to retake something like that once the school year has ended.
  2. How much do these lower scores impact admission into somewhere that doesn’t participate in score choice?
  3. Do I need to take a couple more?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks
