Bad Sat Score

<p>ugh i thought i did much better but i only got a 1630 on my SAT
i looked up wut a decent average score was, n some1 said tht to get into a decent college you would need at least 1800+</p>

<p>im not sure about taking the SAT again b/c last time it was a hassel n i want it to be over with
but most of the colleges im looking at are good but their mid 50% SAT scores are lower than mine</p>

<p>If it was your first SAT, you’ll probably go up the second time. Most people do. Get some prep books, study over summer and take it in the fall. Or get ACT prep books and try that.</p>

<p>try the ACT. Maybe that’s more your cup of tea. Do prepare though. Good luck.</p>

<p>thanks i think i might take both and see how i do. im guessing the ACT will be better suited for me, but who knows</p>
