yeah, that's what i meant - CAS has lowest acceptance rate at cornell

Actually, AAP has the lowest acceptance rate at Cornell. (There's always something more difficult, isn't there?)

I had 1340 and 540 on writing.
Even though I have lived in America only for 3.5 years,
540 is still REALLY REALLY bad...........

I still don't know how I got in..
I guess SAT scores don't matter as much as you think they would..

PLEASE tell me you are lying smileppl...lol

what college at cornell? and when did u apply?

mcortex88, I was really surprised that I got in with such horrible stats.
Actually, I don't know whether I will be able to catch up all the lectures(not just Cornell, any college) or not... But I'm trying really hard to improve my english skill,(taking 3 english classes this semester) so hopefully, my english will be much better.
I mean, when I first came here...it took me 3 minutes to figure out how to say "Can I borrow that book?" to my teacher.

I actually got 640 on writing in January...but I don't think they received my score...

I sent my application on January 1st and applied to engineering. Probably that's why I got in (asian female)
I also worked really hard on essays to make up my low verbal and writing scores..

wow, that's awesome....congratulations!!!!!
