Bad SAT Subject Tests — Do I Send?

This is my first time posting on this site so I’m not really sure how this all works, but basically Cornell’s app is due on the 1st and I’m just finding out they REQUIRE subject tests. Of all the Ivies I’ve looked at, none of them have required the test. I got deferred from Yale w/o them so they’re obviously not a deal-breaker if you don’t send them (to my understanding they can really only help you if they’re optional).

I was DEATHLY ill when I took my only subject tests in September and got a god-awful math 2 score and an average Biology E score—issue is, I want to go into the math and science fields. I’d like to double major in government and biology, but I didn’t have time to take the tests again and I’m really nervous to apply if I have to send in my poor scores.

Other stats on me:
ACT: 33C (35E, 33M, 33R, 30S), 34 writing
SAT: 1450 (740 English/Reading, 710 math), perfect writing (not sure what the scale was)
3.94 GPA UW
2 x State Speech Finalist (State Champ 2016, 2nd place 2015) & 2 year team captain
Founder & Captain of Debate team senior year (2nd place @ state, all-state, and nat’l tourney qualifier)
Biological research on Mississippi River (nothing too serious, just more for experience than anything else)
Founder & Captain of MUN team

Great recommendations from 4 yr. speech coach/senior year AP Lit teacher & my 2 year AP Calc AB/BC teacher.
Common app essay is very strong, Cornell essay isn’t written yet b/c of my situation.

What do y’all think—should I submit shoddy scores or just not apply?

I can’t tell you if you don’t tell me your subject test scores. Lol.

You won’t get accepted to CAS if you don’t send required test scores. So any chance you have would only happen if you send them.
How bad were they?
