I applied to the ILR school early decision and got deffered and I know that the ILR school is rolling admission. Since all of the admission decisions have already been made, is it a bad sign that i haven't received an acceptance letter? The only promising thing i guess would be that I retook my SATs in January so maybe that put my application at the bottom of the stack.

So i guess what im asking is if anybody thinks this is a bad sign or does rolling admissions sometimes not send out all acceptances until the March 30th notification date ... Thanks in advance

Well I applied to CALS, and I just got my acceptance Thursday (letter was dated 3/14)... so I think there's still a possibility that they could be reviewing your application.

yeah, i applied to ILR regular decision and i have yet to recieve any admissions notification. i'm especially worried because i'm an underrepresented minority (half hispanic) and i didn't recieve the multicultural weekend postcard or whatever that lots of other kids here on CC recieved.

Don't worry about that postcard thing. I got a likely letter from Arts and Sciences, but I received no information about that minority weekend thing (I did e-mail them about that, though...no response yet).

well i didn't get a likely letter. i wasn't expecting too; my ECs, RECs, essays, test scores, and classload were all very good (national tennis stuff, national debate stuff and tons of it, internship with state senator, debate captain, varsity tennis stuff, etc with a 2140 SAT and 8 APs) and minority status (national hispanic scholar). my gpa is low, i'll admit (3.45 UW), so i knew i wasn't getting the likely letters from anywhere but i was hoping i would maybe slip in there under the radar haha oh well i'm still chillin
