Hi everyone! So I didn’t do to hot on my SAT ii (math 1-720, math 2-690) and am shooting for the Ivy League schools hopefully. Would you guys advise that I don’t send in my scores to the schools that say they are “recommended” or would that hurt me more than just submitting these poor scores?

Look at each school website and see if they are ok with submitting AP scores instead. Do that if they are good. The 720 and 690 will not keep you out esp if your SAT is high.
All of the schools let me know that I won’t be hurt by not submitting them and that they are optional, especially considering I took the act. Should I take their word for this?
