Bad Test Scores - Which to retake?

The title is pretty self-explanatory - my test scores are pretty awful in comparison to others applying to my reach schools (Chicago, Columbia, Wash U)

I have a 2050 SAT I (740 CR/710 W/and a horrendous 600 Math)

660 - Bio M
700 - Lit

And before it's asked, yes I have safety schools that I love. My question - which should I retake - my SAT I or my SAT II - in January and get those scores up. I know my SAT I Math score is really worrying - I'm fine in school courses and I screwed up the subject tests b/c I didn't realize that I had covered most of what was on the Math IIC till too soon before the test. Yes, I know these scores are bad, the chances are slim to none ... but I'd still like to give it a shot ... any suggestions?

Neither Wash U nor UChicago require subject tests and for those the SAT would be far more important.

We have really similar stats. I’m applying to UChicago too. Apparently, they put a LOT of weight on the essay, so you may want top focus on that the most
