Anyone got tips for a bad test taker??
That’s too general. What is the issue? Content? Anxiety? Time management?

anxiety + time management for sure !! @Lindagaf
It’s hard to gvie you general advice without knowing your grade, your scores, the tests you have already taken, areas of weakness, and so on. The better you know the material, the less the anxiety should be. Why be anxious about something you are very familiar with?
I recommend beginning practicing about six months out if those two issues are really tough. Take it slowly. Begin practicing the sections without timing. Use study guides, khan academy, group or private tutoring, or whatever. As you get more familiar with the content, and get more answers correct, retain tortur timing, a passage or two at a time. Then a month before the test, time yourself doing the whole thing, or at least split into two halves. Good luck.
