<p>If you apply to too many UCs does it reflect badly on your app?</p>

it wouldnt affect you, maybe show you as desperate, but we are all desperate to get into a college so dont worry too much… apply all you want! but narrow down to top 8 atleast…</p>
<p>It doesn’t matter. Some UCs don’t even list the campuses you are applying in your file.</p>

<p>No… but it’d get kind of costly. You should make sure you even would want to go to all those colleges. I’m applying to a safety, match, and reach within the UC system. Consider the locations of these UCs… such as Merced which I’ve heard is kind of in the middle of nowhere. (I could be wrong though.)</p>
