<p>No, in fact, it's great to submit early. For rolling schools like Indiana and Wisconsin, the sooner you apply, the more likely you are to be admitted, and the more likely you are to get merit scholarships. They accept/reject students in the order their applications are received, so as time rolls on, they'll be filling more and more of their available spots for the incoming freshman class. Applying earlier puts you in a "more likely to be admitted" state than "more likely to be rejected" because they'll have more spots available to fill.</p>
