Bad transcripts... what are my chances?

Ever since freshman year I have had a rough time in High School. I moved from Miami, Florida to Springfield, Massachusetts in hopes that I'd be able to continue in the IB route I was already in. While in Springfield I've hit a couple bumps in the road especially outside the classroom that has tainted my concentration in class.

I just currently finished my junior year and my first year in IB. I'm currently a full diploma candidate but my senior year I'll be dropping one IB class. I'm writing to ask what are my chances at acceptance in the University of Miami. I'm also open for suggestions.

You don’t major in pre-med, by the way. Also, stay in the full-IB program. It does wonders for your application when applying to colleges.

I know you don’t major in pre-med but I know some universities have a pre-med program :)
