Bad undergrad grades. What to do?

So I am a freshman at the Ohio State University and it seems like my grades arent as high as they should be for medical school.

In HS, I was duel enrollment and tool cal and physics and my GEs with about 55 credits and a 3.9 GPA. But when I came to OSU, it seems like my grades are lower. We arent done with the semester yet but this is what my grades are looking to be: Chemistry A Honors Biology B/B+
Macroeconomics A/A-/B+ (depends on if my teacher curves. Some say yes some say no).

When I came here my duel credit GPA isnt calculated into my OSU GPA and was wondering if medical schools will accept both of my GPA's? Also, will they take into account that my bio class is honors because I am the only non honors student that was able to take the class because of my ACT and placement scores. Also where I took my duel classes was at another state school but not as hard so idk if they will take that into account too.

Long story short: will these bad grades destroy my chances of getting into med school? Could I try to cover it with my MCAT and volunteer work and other parts in the med school apps?

When you go to fill your application at AMCAS, you must report all college grades–even those earned as part of dual enrollment. (But only if they count toward college credits, not if they were used to fulfill high school graduation requirements.) You must also send an official transcript from your CC. These grades will be included when calculating your AMCAS GPA.

BTW, your grades could hardly be called “bad”. When you start pulling Cs and Ds—that’s bad.
