Can anyone give me some information about the baggage policy to US from Asia? What can't we bring with us in the carry-on baggage?

Check the airline website.

You should check the websites of each of the airlines that you will be flying. Some domestic flights may have different restrictions on the size of carry-on baggage. If you get to the gate and your carry-on is too big to fit into the plane cabin because that particular plane is a very small one, they should give you a “gate check” for that bag. This means that you won’t have access to it during that flight, but that they will get it to you as soon as you get off that airplane.

The rules for what you can carry in checked and carry-on luggage on flights to , from, and within the USA are set by the TSA. Here is a link to their “What to know” page:

When organizing your 3-1-1 bag, remember that 1 Qt. less than 1 liter, and 3 liquid oz. are not quite 85 milliliters. Pack any containers of liquids or gels that are larger than that in your checked luggage.

Wishing you safe travels and a successful year.
