<p>Hey everyone. So I just learned yesterday that I'll be in Baits II this coming fall as a freshman. Obviously this was not one of my top 2 choices, but whatever, it was luck of the draw. I'm trying to keep a positive look on this, but everyone ripping on Baits doesn't help. I don't see why it's so bad. A bus ride is not a big deal (waking up or going to class a few minutes earlier), and if I have an issue late at night, I can stay with a bunch of people I know on Central. Does Baits really limit my social life/rushing? Will it put a damper on my freshman year? Is there an issue getting to football games? I also heard Baits is getting/has been renovated..? Thanks for the responses and GO BLUE!</p>
<p>I was in a similar position. I was going into my freshman year and learned that I was placed in Baits II. I looked all over cc for Baits reviews. Not one positive review.</p>
<p>I had an awesome time on North Campus during my freshman year. It’s honestly what you make of it. If you decide to listen to the crowd saying that baits sucks, then it will suck. but if you’re level-headed enough to realize that you alone determine how good your freshman year will be, you will have a rockin’ time.</p>
