<p>What's up with the Baker Island Time thing? Is the application due at midnight BIT (I don't think that's an official time zone, but whatever), is it due at midnight EST, or is it due at midnight CST? Thanks.</p>

<p>It's due before the moment when it becomes Jan 03 in all parts of the world...</p>

<p>It's due as long as it's still January 2nd somewhere in the world. Baker Island is one of the latest places in the world to change day. But if you're submitting after 12 EST, you have to email Libby.</p>
