Realistically speaking, is it possible to be in a fraternity and attend many of the events while majoring in business at Haas? *While maintaining a GPA 3.5+
Make the assessment for varying levels of intelligence and time management, which are always critical factors.

ask the business frats

I interpreted your post as referring to social (Greek) fraternities, though it seems that you may have been alternatively referring to business fraternities. In either case, I’d say that both are doable provided that you take a relatively easier course load (fewer units, fewer Haas pre-requisites, etc.) in the semester in which you pledge relative to you other pre-Haas semesters (generally speaking, your first three semesters - since Haas won’t consider your GPA for your 4th semester when they evaluate your candidacy). I would say that it’s hard to maintain that GPA, being pretty active in either a business or social frat, and be active in other (business or non-business) clubs. In that sense, it’ll largely come down to where you’d most like to spend your time in terms of extracirruclars.
