<p>Does anybody know how to turn on the heaters in Balch Hall?</p>
<p>I tried turning the knob, but nothing. Do they maybe have to do something centrally first before they start working?</p>
<p>If you turn the left white knob, it should work. I turned it on to the highest level (5) a couple of days ago, and it took about a day to actually heat up. Now it’s so hot that I’ve lowered it multiple times, lol.</p>
<p>when I lived there a guy had to come in sometime in October and do something to the radiator before it started working. I have no clue what he did (mostly I was like “what the heck I’m chilling watching youtube videos and now I have a guy in my room??”) but after that it worked when I turned the white knob. they are very effective too; sometimes my room was uncomfortably warm.</p>
<p>Are the other dorm heaters turned on? I’m in Donlon and have mine turned on, but it’s definitely not warm…</p>
