<p>Yes, they are. There is another door that you would have to go through if you want to go to the residential part of Balch (which means you would have to “swipe” your student ID to get it)</p>

Some people succeeded using hair dryers in their room. So, I guess it depends. But if it doesn’t work, you can do it in bathroom.</p>

<p>i know in donlon, if you trip the circuit, you got a switch in your closet that starts it back up. hair dryers work sometimes, if not, go to the bathroom</p>

<p>Low wattage hair dryers and water heaters definitely blew the fuse for me.
