Ball State University chances :)

I'm an incoming senior in high school, and I'm looking into Ball State university. I'm hoping to major in biology while completing teaching requirements, or else go into physical therapy.
Here's how things look for me...
Background: White, middle-class female from Northern Indiana
Honors Classes: English 9 and 10, Spanish 3, Anatomy/Physiology, 3 years of Advanced Drama.
AP Classes: APUSH, AP English 12 (next year), and AP Gov (next year) I have yet to get scores.
I took Spanish 3 Honors and Personal Finance as Dual Credit classes and received credit for both of them.
My GPA is on the high end of a B+ (3.54) when it's weighted. Unweighted it's on the lower end of a B+ (3.3). I have A's and B's in everything but math-I got a few C's in it freshman year, but throughout high school I've improved-I've only gotten a C in one quarter per year. The rest are B's.
I got a 27 on my ACT.
Reading-30
English-31
Math-19 (like I said-it's never been my strong point :p)
Science-24
Writing-10 out of 12
My extracurriculars include technical theatre all 4 years, and I've gotten some awards for it. I'm also in National Honor Society and have volunteered at a hospital. I'm currently volunteering at an animal shelter. Besides that, I've done some minor ones like Art Club freshman year and Environmental Club as a senior-or at least I plan to join, anyway. I've held a part-time job at McDonald's junior and senior year.
Please tell me my chances! :)
