<p>In my determination to identify "affordable" and outside-the-box music schools I have come across Ball State University in Indiana. Beautiful school and facilities (All-Steinway), affordable, non-urban (my son's preference), plus the piano faculty appears to be very strong. It's not too big and not too small, with a good ratio of undergrads to graduate students. Anyone have any experience with this school, especially for piano performance?</p>
