Bama for pre-med?

My son’s friend is a sophomore in high school with the goal of becoming a surgeon someday. He is very interested in Bama after hearing about my D’s experience there so far. I would love to be able to provide his parents with some information as to why they should go look at Bama for their son. I am able to tell them about the Honors College and great dorms, but my D is as “non-sciency” as they come. He is also interested in Hillsdale in Michigan, which is quite different from Bama. Please help me sell another Ohio family on UA!

UA has an excellent Alpha Epsilon Delta chapter (national pre-med honor society) that provides fabulous support for pre-med students. As a matter of fact, the UA AED chapter was the first chapter organized in 1926. Check it out on ua.edu.
