Since we’re out of state and want to get t-shirts for Bama Bound, want to order at least one ahead of time to wear upon arrival. The only Bama shirt we have right now is son’s Capstone shirt. I’m sure there are tons to choose from. Can you recommend a website to order one from, that carries adult sizes?

we have one from the UA dog and pony show … but it is too big for my DD.

maybe you could get some the day before or the morning of bama bound.

when we visited, we ended up getting some at academy.

[The University of Alabama Supply Store](Shop General Merchandise | University of Alabama Supply Store)

This is the house of Bama shirts (oldest son, who is at Bama, says you can never have too many, so he has about 14; the youngest son agrees and owns about eight; even the parents have them). The best places to get those shirts are [Kohl’s (they often have a buy 1, get the second at half price) or Football Fanatics: College Apparel & NFL Shop, Sports, Fan, Gear, Clothing, Merchandise, NCAA, Store, Sportswear](http://www.kohls.com).

With Football Fanatics, you begin to get reward dollars for things purchased, which is nice since I have gotten some of my students bound for UVA their shirts, a teacher friend some Ole Miss stuff (it’s her family’s school) and various other items from the professional ranks. The prices are decent. The service is excellent. Shipping and handling is just $4.99.

In Tuscaloosa we have had good luck at Alumni Hall which is in Midtown Village (back)!
Cute styles not available at other stores usually a 2 fer deal going on.

We also oddly enough do well at the Rite Aid located on the corner of Vet Memorial & McFarland…Their T’s are always $5!

I agree, one can never have too many Bama t-shirts or any other UA-themed clothing for that matter. Your son will get another t-shirt at Bama Bound, but in the mean time, the stores other posters suggested are good. Online, Amazon usually has an okay selection but if you’re in town early, check out TJ Maxx and Ross stores. They usually have a great selection of UA clothing, particularly the Tuscaloosa TJ Maxx. Just remember that we won #13, so a lot of the #12 stuff is being clearanced out. Department stores such as JC Penney, Macy’s, and Belk also have a good selection. Of course, one cannot forget Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club.

JCPenneys…

[JCPenney Sports Fan Shop](http://sportsfanshop.jcpenney.com/Alabama-Crimson-Tide-Shop-_747363934_PG.html)

You can order online…

Also, whenever you’re in town, go to a JCPenneys…

Here are a few more that I’ve used over the years.

Bama Fever. Also has a couple stores around Tuscaloosa

Football Fanatics

Wow, thanks for the response! Just want to get some for the family for the trip down. Once he’s there, we’ll explore the deals around town. I’ll check out the websites y’all referenced and see if we can find something there. Thanks!

Wal-Mart in Tuscaloosa also has a Bama store with lots of different shirts, hats, etc.

Oh, good. I’m sure we’ll stop there during Alabama Action to pick up stuff for the dorm room and to stock the fridge. We’ll grab some shirts while we’re there!

went looking for some tshirts today.

found alumni hall … nice designs but they use a weird brand of shirts - at least to me. boo!

tried rite aid - not sure i hit the right one as they had exactly ZERO alabama tshirts. boo again!

JC Penneys in the University Mall usually always has LOTS of Bama stuff. They usually have a sep section just for Bama stuff.

Did you look at Bama Fever? It’s at Midtown Village (like Alumni Hall), but it’s over by 5 Guys Burgers.

Belk (in the mall) usually has some Bama stuff.

Mike I think I posted wrong try CVS on the corner of McFarland & Vets Memorial PKWY.
near your hotel.

Also have gotten several ts from Alumni Hall and they have washed nicely.

we got her just before 6 when many stores closed, so we only make it to the alumni hall in midtown. i saw 5 guys though.

Aaah CVS not rite aid … will try there.

we will try to hit a few more spots today if we have some free time.

thx!

I got a really cute one at a store called Shades it is in the shopping center with Panera. Also picked up some new sunglasses I from Pa and we wear different styles here. Think the popular sunglasses are Costa, that store had great selection. Talked to a lot of girls concerning the houndstooth issue. Hard to find cute dresses, many have them made by dressmaker but even fabric hard to find here.

On another likely more important issue I did get off the CBH waitlist and am sooo happy

Roll Tide

congrats on CBH! yay!

hit the CVS today … a whole 4 ft. x 4 ft. shelf dedicated to alabama tshirts and they had exactly 5! haha

found a super cute one at bama fever. and a few we liked at the supestore.

penney’s had lots, but not in the size my DD needed.

day 1 went well … still need to iron out a few things in the schedule.
