Dear Sparticus,
We, the future generation of Cornellians, the class of 2010, thank you for your comments. But you must cease to exist in the College Confidential World. A true Cornellian is one who perseveres and works hard each day to achieve all that he can, one who uses all of the opportunities born by Cornell to study anything and everything he wants. A true Cornellian is one who exhausts his time with studies and has no time to chat online. Therefore, to uphold the integrity of this cyberspace institution, we must banish you. You have time to chat online and, therefore, are not a true Cornellian, a reflection of Andrew Dickinson White and our founding father, Ezra. We, the future class of 2010, ask Spartacus to remove himself from our cyberspace kingdom and never return.

I am very representative of your deepest thoughts, your inner demons, your awful souls. Accept the reality and dismiss your conforming selves. Become a true Cornellian.

All of our subconsciousness's contain the similar quality of dark loneliness. I know about your subconsciousness because it, like mine, is common to human nature.

What if sparticus wants to learn more about the college admissions process and about Cornell University? Surely you must agree that part of learning is discussing ideas (and if you don't, once you take a class here, you will); wouldn't sparticus' presence on this board simply illustrate the fulfillment of those desires? (I'm not saying this is true of sparticus, just...your argument is flawed).

Towerpumpkin,
Surely your intellectual journeys at Cornell have taught you that every argument must have some shortcoming, some flaw. Without a shortcoming arguments could not be compared and all arguments would be self evident truths, therefore nullifying the need to make the argument.
Accept the fact that your response to my argument and your desire to prove me wrong was fulled by your anger towards my opinions. Like Sparticus, you also are not a child of Ezra's dream. You too spend your time chatting online. We all know that this website is setup to allow prospective students to discuss, not as a chatting place for college students. If anybody really wanted to learn about the admissions process they would pursue a job in the admissions office.
Accept the reality, dismiss you fallacy!

Geez. They can do whatever the hell they want. In fact, I think a lot of people here appreciate their help.

Speaking of being true Cornellians, have you been accepted to Cornell? Just bugger off and find something better to do than writing long-winded sentences online criticising someone you don't even know.

Umm...I'm not angry...its just a habit of mine, I guess, to try and think of ways to prove arguments wrong. Actually, its more something that I picked up in my writing seminar...
Oh, and if I'm not a "child of Ezra's dream," what are you?
And who says we haven't pursued jobs in an admissions office?
