<p>What do the kids do for a bank account? Is there a bank on the yard?</p>
<p>Navy Federal Credit Union is located (was located) in the basement of 5th wing.</p>
<p>If it's not there, I'm quite certain it's somewhere in the building.</p>
<p>There is a nice Navy Federal Credit Union right outside of the mid store</p>

<p>I remember when the Midstore was just the basement of 3rd Wing, and then only a portion of it. Then they doubled it in size, then expanded it again.</p>
<p>Imagine my shock when I walked in in 1998 and found that it now took up the entire basement of 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wings. Damned thing is a mall now! COOL!</p>
<p>I even found the spot where my storage locker had been, back when the basement of 1st Wing was strictly for storage. :D</p>
