<p>I'm trying to set-up my own banking account and card
I heard Bank of America is most convenient banking to have in Emory
However, there is no Bank of America near my area... T.T</p>
<p>What other bankings are good choices?

<p>What's your area? Wachovia is very friendly with students. Most I know with Bank of America aren't happy with their service</p>

<p>I honestly have no idea how people base their banking preferences. I know SunTrust has student accounts though. I have a regular (free) checking account with them and am satisfied with it. There are also ATM's for Bank of America, Wachovia, and SunTrust right outside of the DUC. Otherwise, as davidbenedict said, there are locations for all three really close to campus. I'm not exactly sure about the location of the other two, but there is a SunTrust within walking distance and another at Toco Hills (which there are shuttles for on weekends). </p>
<p>If you are really set on having Bank of America, you can always just open an account once you get here.</p>
