<p>Yea, it’s universal; I had two friends at UCSB (not transfer students/applicants) try it out, and they got the same message.</p>
<p>OMG now we’re going to be checking the decisions site just to see if it’s even THERE. Let alone if there are actually any decisions. This gets more and more…depressingly hilarious.</p>
