I made an account just so I can join this chat. Barnard is my top choice but I’m suuuuuper scared that I won’t get in. I got a 28 on the ACTs, have a 5.0 GPA unweighted because of PSEO, and I thought my essays were pretty decent. Imagine all of us getting in and becoming best friends because of this chat! 
How are the intramural sports? I play volleyball and would like to stay in touch with it in college.
I don’t know anyone else! No one from my school applies to the US except for athletes. And I just tell people it’s a women’s college at Columbia lol. Which schools in Canada did you apply to?
When are Barnard decisions supposed to come out?

@mimimo7890 Don’t lose hope just because of other colleges! For example, I got deferred from Barnard ED and rejected from Northwestern and I honestly lost all hope for Notre Dame, but I ended up getting into ND for Mendoza. Trust me, I know how you feel, but remember that each admissions committee is different! Best of luck with all your other colleges (including Barnard) <3
@trish123456 look back a few posts on this thread, someone called the admissions office yesterday and were told that.

I think the decision is coming out this Thursday, the 23rd. Last years decison came out on Thursday the 24th and in 2015 it was Thursday the 26th.
It’s been the second to last Thursday in march for awhile now.
supposedly a heads up email with the decision date was supposed to be sent out today (according to another cc-er)
