<p>I was just wondering if anybody else had applied to Barnard for fall '09. Or, I would even be interested to see anyone who has already applied and successfully transferred into Barnard in the past. I love a good success story!</p>

<p>how early did you all submit your applications? i know they accept on a rolling basis, so if i turned in all my materials around the time they were due…i probably shouldn’t expect to hear back tomorrow??</p>
<p>I’m wondering the same thing, idumea. I hope that they don’t accept on a rolling basis, just release notifications (otherwise I kind of screwed myself by applying later in the game). Did you get a notification that they received your application with a tracking number and everything?</p>

<p>Uh-oh. Should I be concerned that I haven’t heard anything about my application yet? How long ago did you get the letter/e-mail? And how long ago did you submit the fee? Was it through Common App?</p>
<p>i got my pin probably a week after i submitted my stuff on april 1st… (procrastinator…) i didnt send in some of my teacher mid grade reports till a little after tho… im expecting mid may to find out…</p>
<p>That’s so weird. I had everything in by April 1st and still haven’t gotten a pin. I called a week ago and they said to call back in ten days if I still hadn’t heard… I’m getting concerned.</p>

<p>Oh hey weird fact: I just went through my old gmail and found my tracking number from last year’s freshman application, and it worked! Maybe that’s why they never wrote to me. Apparently they never got my high school transcript, which is wack because I sent it earliest of all. Are you guys going to wait it out or call re: things they don’t have but you obviously sent?</p>
<p>Yeah, I sent my stuff in on the 1st too, and got a confirmation like a week after. Called them last week and they said about 500 girls applied for like 80 spots, and they’ll start admitting by today? But then I don’t remember if they said through post or email or both. Nerve wracking. Man, I hope those of us who applied right on/minutes before the deadline don’t get disadvantaged in the process</p>
