i had a barnard interview in october and during the heop interview, it was the same questions but more about academic challenges and family background + why barnard? i feel like if went pretty well and i’m really praying i get in. i’m so scared and i feel like i doubt myself the closer we get the decisions.
Did those who were asked to interview for BOP/HEOP previously interviewed for admission? I’m worried because I interviewed in October as well but did not get contacted for an interview about BOP
Hey! I applied to Barnard RD and I’m hoping to be admitted HEOP. It’s kind of annoying that Barnard doesn’t accept their documents via IDOC so I tried to mail them and then they asked for more information and I just submitted the rest today, and today’s the deadline. Do you guys think this will have a negative impact on my chances of being admitted HEOP? It’s just so annoying when you think you’ve finished everything and they just keep asking for more stuff.
Anyways, I wanted to know when Barnard usually contacts applicants for interviews. And if you don’t get offered an interview, does this mean that you were just flat out rejected? I know that for NYU, applicants that they consider for one of their Opportunity Programs are invited to attend a required information session and then participate in an group interview. I’m kind of anxious rn b/c of the financial documents but I’m just hoping for the best. What do you guys think? I’m just trying my best to remain patient.
