Nothing today. In New Orleans.

nothing in the mail for me either, New York (Long Island specifically…)

No one at my daughter’s school in CT has heard yet. Impossible that an envelope would get to CA first and priority mail is not overnight anyway. Our priority mail from Colorado took 5 days to get to us.

I live in Kansas and like almost everyone else I haven’t gotten anything yet! I really want to be in NYC so hopefully this will be my chance!!

Nothing today either

Hi, D is on senior trip so I am doing MAIL duty. Nothing in the mail today in NJ.

I live in WA, and I use the priority mail service a lot when I’m sending stuffs to the east coast. The expected day received is always two days later. Good luck girls!

Nothing in MO today. Does anyone know if the admissions office has mailed the letters yet?

Admissions office stated that letters were going out Fri. and Mon. According to US Postal Service, Express Mail is overnight and Priority Mail is 2-3 days. Don’t know how they were sent, but Express Mail is very expensive.

As an international, haven’t gotten my email yet.

I seriously doubt any have been mailed yet since international applicants have not heard. Monday is probably the day they will go out. I am so sorry…I feel your pain! Hang in there…
Best to you all!

Not only that. Nobody even in NYC received a letter today. Would have unless they were mailed late in the day.

I called admissions on Friday afternoon to see if they went out (the things I’ll do to calm my anxiety are limitless) and they said that they did. My guess is that they brought them to the post office fairly late in the day since they’d have been finishing up everything. Monday, ladies…

ED admit here, and I completely feel for all of you! I had at least a week’s worth of sleepless nights as decision day approached, and my nerves combined with the fact that the post office near my house went under and all of the mail was backed up and delayed by 2-3 days made it that much worse. Thankfully we had the handy admitted students page to check our decisions, and from the looks of it you ladies don’t have such luck.

For those of you who were curious about how the letters were sent: acceptance letters are sent via Priority Mail and come in big, thick envelopes with a black folder inside. I’m not sure about rejections and waitlists but I’ve heard that rejections are sent via regular mail (but please don’t quote me on that!).

Best of luck, and I hope I get to see all of you next year!

If the letters were mailed… shouldnt the international students have gotten emails? I am an international student but I havent recieved any emails yet. This wait is just killing me.

Hi, just found this today, I’m also a Barnard hopeful waiting for her acceptance letter (gotta think positive!!) I guess I gotta wait til Monday, or maybe a bit longer since I live in SoCal…

aznnnnn i completely know how you feel. i wish they’d just tell us when our emails are coming out so at least we can anticipate a specific day. mail can take literally a month to cross the pacific ocean from even just california alone where i live so there’s no way i’m going to be sitting around my mailbox.

Nothing in south Florida either :/

Yeah, ditto on the nothing in Florida. Barnard’s my last hope since I was waitlisted at Smith, Mt. Holyoke, and Wellesley. I did get into Simmons…but I really don’t know much about that school.

Same. Nothing in North Carolina!
