The waitlists are crazy this year. Almost everyone I know who applied to any selective LACs has gotten at least 2-3 waitlists

This was my D’s 7th waitlist, although she has other great options thankfully.
UW GPA 3.95, SAT 1560, 10 APs, 4 DE
Leadership in robotics, science olympiad, language club, other volunteering.

Wow all of these Ds are extremely impressive. D such homebody. Spend most of her time relaxing honestly.dances one day per week. Resisted going more frequently. Are you all super high achievers as well ? I’m not. Very regular middle class SUNY background. Small business owner. Financial struggles. How do kids get to be such exceedingly high achievers ? It’s very cool.
