<p>Apparently last year the decisions came in two waves. I think around May 3 and May 15.</p>

<p>My stats are low… so let this be a confidence booster for everyone.</p>
<p>High school: GPA -honestly do not know probably around 3.7
I submitted ACT score - 21 (I know it is sad)
I left high school after my sophomore year to enter a gifted program in college.</p>
<p>College:
Sophomore: GPA 3.58
I have a bunch of extracurriculars:</p>

S (Soroptimist) Club member Awards: Community Service Award (2x) This award was received by those who completed 25 hours of community service in one semester.
Lend-A-Hand Club member Awards: Big Hand Award (2x) This award was received by those who participated in two service events a month.
All-Star Cheerleading won 1st place at nationals final year
College:
First Year Council member - no hierarchy
SOC (Sociology and Social Work) Club VP and previously historian
I am currently working with my business professor and two other students to start a business center on campus. As of now, I am in charge of creating a survey, getting it approved, and administering it to students on campus. This group is teaching me the process of starting an organization and I plan to use these skills when creating a community center. - I wrote this on an app.

<p>i have a 3.65 in college, would enter as a junior, had a very low 3.5 in hs, 31 on my act, good ECs though: lots of volunteering in hospitals and used to be a professional ballet dancer. i worked really hard on my essay and answers this time around. i hope they see my determination as this is my third time applying haha i hope they dont see that as pathetic. ugh i want to go to barnard! oh and im applying for biology/pre med</p>

<p>Ugh, I’m in right now at two schools that I like a ton, but I’m so anxious for the Barnard decision. It’s been my favorite school since like 7th grade, haha.</p>
<p>My stats are just…funky. I have a GED (because of health problems), and I’m not really sure how that’s going to affect me. But anyway, my stats

<p>I liked my main common app essay and the extracurricular essays, but I hate most of my Barnard essays. I wish I felt more confident about them…right now I really feel like I’m going to get rejected/waitlisted because of those darn essays. </p>

<p>Thanks, sarahjojojo! I’m in at Susquehanna and American. I would absolutely go to either one (Susquehanna is so pretty and has a great community feel and I got into the American honors program, which looks fun), but I’m with you guys – Barnard is definitely my dream!</p>

<p>I just created an account to participate in this thread! barnard is also my first choice. have anyone checked their application tracker yet? mine still says application fee not paid although i did so before march 15!</p>
<p>@barnardbarnard it usually takes them three weeks to process, everything in my tracker is there but then again I sent in most of my stuff in January.</p>
<p>it’s been exactly a month! they’re received the rest of the things that i’ve sent together with my application fee. even things I’ve sent after my application fee, they’ve got it too.i am so worried!</p>
<p>Give them a call to double check. It’s probably not a big deal, though.</p>
