Hey guys! I got a call from Karen McCleary and I’m from Central Jersey at 7:30 last night. I sent in my first LOCI, a teacher reccomendation, a second LOCI (I had a few new awards and I wrote a lot about my interests in medical anthropology), and a current student letter of reccomendation from one of my really good friends who goes to Barnard. I know seeing others post made me sad and disapointed but if they’re already moving the waitlist BEFORE May 1st I think they’re expecting to take a lot more people off the waitlist so don’t lose hope! Also I would love to answer any questions anyone has but I personally have no idea how college confidential works so if anyone has any questions lmk and we can figure out a way to chat

I never got any updates and if you have something new to add I would say send it, but otherwise I don’t think it’s necessary. I only got the automated responses and it turned out fine!

I emailed both the waitlist email and my AO, and got an email back from the AO saying to only email one lol.
no dw you sent it before the deposit date, that´s all that matters

no !!! at the moment i think like 11 people have gotten off the waitlist and last year i think they took around 46, this year is super weird too and lots of people stockpiled applications so the chances are so high. u got this.

the fact that they’ve already started taking people off the waitlist is indicative of many more people coming off this year so i think we all have an amazing chance
