<p>Does anyone know what they are doing to Barney Square? I see new fencing all the way around it.</p>
<p>I thought they were supposed to tear it up to install pipes for geothermal heating. That was why 2012 got to paint the 2009 ring design instead of using chalk. At least that was what our daughter told us back at Parents Weekend.</p>
<p>Unless things have changed it will be for the geothermal heating system they are installing as KPMom2012 noted.</p>
<p>What I heard was the same KP2001, geothermal pipes for 2nd company heating plant. Fence is just a safety measure.</p>
<p>I thought the class of 2012 put the fence up Wednesday night to protect the 2009 class ring painting and get recognized. It looks like it worked!!!</p>
<p>So now that 2012 is recognized, I guess the painting of the ring can go.</p>
