My daughter submitted a complete app on 9/21 with all items ready for committee review and today it finally moved to review. Any other non-NMF have this happen recently?
Did all “priority apps” in by 11/15 move to review or are they finally starting the review process? My daughter got her stuff in very early hoping that would increase her chance of acceptance.
My child submitted a priority app as well, non-NMF but received a presidential scholarship from ASU. Received notification of acceptance to Barrett on Thursday. They emailed her to check her portal for the decision. Good luck to your D. I’m sure she’ll hear very soon!
@ Undercovermom1 … good for your kid, congrats. My daughter received the $10k yearly award too. If she is accepted to Barrett then we’ll more closely explore Barrett to determine if the pros of accepting out way any cons.
Thanks for the information and have a great Thanksgiving!
@ Undercovermom1…congratulations! I am also non NMF and submitted priority app, I think in early Oct. My Barrett application says “in review.” I also got that presidential scholarship acceptance a few weeks ago. Anyone have any idea how long the Barrett applications stays under review before decision is rendered?
@Undercovermom1, may I ask for your child’s stats? Barrett is, at this point, my top pick and I would be absolutely crushed if I didn’t get accepted. Was it a difficult process?
