I’m about to be a senior and I am considering taking my SAT again to increase my chances of getting into the honors college.
My stats are currently
3.8 unweighted GPA
4.5 weighted GPA (I am in the top 2% of my class, but I will most likely move to the top 1% once the grades from last semester go in)
I got a 1330 cr and math combo and a 760 in writing which put me at 2090
just through my junior year I have taken 15 honors and AP classes
I plan on being a math major and I will have credit for Calc AB, BC, and statistics by the time I’m done
Is it worth re-taking my SAT to improve my cr and math?
Personally, I think you are already fine as far as being admitted. I was admitted with a 1970 SAT and a 3.9 weighted GPA. Barrett looks for high test scores and GPA but also extra curriculars. Focus on being involved in your school and community and you should be fine.
