Barrons ACT 2007 Book

I recently got my ACT score and I am not too happy with it. I own a ACT 2007 book that was never used, is it ok to use it? I am trying to ask if its ok to use an ACT prep book that is several years old.

I wipe my you know what with that book    ;)

LOL uh ok then…

I don’t know what book you are referring to when you say “ACT 2007”. But grab a copy of “The Real ACT Prep Guide”. You can get a used copy from amazon for about $15 with shipping. It has 5 real practice exams. Best and most cost effective study tool out there.

I am referring to “Barron’s ACT 2007”. That’s the name of the book I have, which is the ACT guide that Barron released in 2007. Unfortunately, I have already used the real ACT Prep Guide.

Gotcha, well I haven’t worked with the older books, but I think that any practice will be better than no practice. An old book should be almost as helpful as a new book. Just don’t trust any score estimates from books other than the red book.
