Barron's Alone for Bio SAT?

So I picked up the Bio E/M book today from the store. I'm a rising senior and will be taking AP Bio this year. Will Barron's alone be enough to score 750+ or at least above 700? If I plan on taking the E test should I still study the entire Barron's book, including the M section? Thanks.

anyone?..

THe Man : Can i ask u ?? How Can Barron’s Book alone be enough to score 750+ ?? i hope u advice me

yes, study the entire book. Questions about molecular biology will still show up on the test. [SAT Subject Test - Biology E/M Practice Tests](<a href=“The SAT – SAT Suite | College Board”>The SAT – SAT Suite | College Board) explains it all, including anticipated skills and recommended preparation. </p>

I’d say the Barrons is enough for material, but not enough for prac. tests. it has one mini diagnostic plus two full prac. tests. look for some prep books in your library.

You’re a rising senior? So you’re planning to take the test before your AP Bio Course is over? Ehhh… Haven’t you taken another science course? I don’t think that is a good idea.

I took honors bio freshman year, honors chem soph, honors physics junior

the honors classes were jokes though, i think i would do the best in bio, not sure though.

START STUDYING NOW. reviewing vocab terms on Quizlet wouldnt be a bad idea either.

Quizlet should just start paying me already. half my posts on CC advocate Quizlet

alright, should i get any other books to supplement barrons?

depends. take that mini test in that book. if you get 700+ the book should be enough. Getting the CliffsAP Bio review book might be overkill if you are already in 700s. sparknotes tests might be good too, and there could be more (older) prac. tests at the local public library. I got a 1992 version of the barrons at my library, and it had 6 prac. tests!

Good luck! :)
