Barron's AP Stats Tests.

I am aware that the Barron's prep book is the best. However, are the practice tests accurate in predicting scores? (especially the multiple choice) Are the questions similar to what is seen on the exam?

The Barron's FR seems hard to me. Are the tests harder or am I not prepared enough?

I'm using Barrons as well, but I don't know how accurate the test are. Go here: AP: Statistics to get a feel for the actual difficulty of the exam.

I noticed that they only have answers for 2004 onwards. Is there anywhere I can find solutions for the 2001-2003 papers?

Thanks.

The MC is definitely worth taking. I felt that it was comparable to the real MC, perhaps a bit harder. I can't say much about the FR since I didn't buy the book but take the MC, NOW!

i agree with snipez. i took only the multiple choice practice tests from barrons and i felt like they were much more difficult than the real exam's questions. i didnt dominate the barrons m/c , but i did so on the m/c exam on the real test.

Do you think these scores are good (out of 40) in the barrons MC tests?

29.5
23
21.5

Yea I know the last two aren't that good but you guys said the Barron's is harder. How much harder do you reckon it is? I got a high 4 in one test and a low 4 in the other test. Hopefully this correlates to a 5?...

The scores themselves aren't important. You need to understand why you missed the ones you did. I missed around 10 on the one Barron's MC I took last year but after going through them, I only missed only 2 or 3 on the Collegeboard MC practice and thought the real MC was easy (got a 5).
