I scored a 680 on one of the Barron's Biology Tests. I've heard that their tests are harder than the actual one. Therefore, what actual score would be an appropriate equivalent to the score i recieved?

I think adding up to 50-70 to that score would be appropriate. I’ve actually heard that Barron’s isn’t way harder, just harder. Not like math or anything.

Anyway I’m going to bump this b/c I’m curious.

What would a 770 on Barron’s be on the real test?

My score on the test from the College Board was 60 points higher than my score on the Barron’s test.

Really??

Can I get an 800 then?

I would imagine that it is possible given that this ~50 point addition seems consistent with other people’s score differences. You will at the very least do quite well. An 800 specifically is somewhat based on luck since the curve for an 800 on bio is not very generous and a few random questions could hold you back.

yeah its just based on the luck of the curve, but hopefully barrons will prepare us for those random questions they stick in there. But what i thought was great was that on a college board bio sat II practice test i took were random plant terms all in the barrons book
